Ravi/Lola is a psychedelic pop group from Milwaukee, WI. The group began as a home recording project in 2008 by Casey Seymour with collaborators James Green and Nick Wieczorkowski. 2 albums (Ravi/Lola, II: Ravi's Tramadol), and 5 EP’s (Collections 3-7) have been released from the home recording era.
In 2015, the band evolved into a live group consisting of Casey Seymour, Nick Wieczorkowski, Robert Thomas, and Anton Sieger. Two albums were released from this lineup titled “Shape Up Shoulders ” (2017) and “Neighborhood Daydream” (2019).
On May 24th, Ravi/Lola returns with a new full length album titled “The Journalist.” The lineup now consists of Casey Seymour, Nick Wieczorkowski, and Anton Sieger. The album features guest musicans Oliva Dobbs (flute, saxophone) and Ryan Miracle (guitar, pedal steel).
